    A concise, effective introduction to mindfulness

    I really enjoy to go through this concise introduction to mindfulness. I did have an overall, 360-degree view of the topic though in a short time, by putting together the philosophical/psychological point of view and the scientific one. Honestly, I've found it difficult to follow and catch all the scientific details given: it was too much to me. All in all, my satisfaction rate is high. Also I need to draw attention to the instructor's voice pitch and rhythm that accompanied the whole presentation, definitely very helpful.

    Mindfulness is a wonderful practice of improving productivity at work. I feel it's a misnomer that multi-tasking is required! Also loved the mindfulness poster as it is a great reminder throughout the day.... there are many days that come and go by with a sense of accomplishment, however being mindful will be the game-changer. Taking and completing this course has been very stimulating and rewarding experience. Thank you!

    Simplistically Brilliant.

    Such a fantastic course. Easy to access, provided in real grounded styles. I found this extremely thought provoking and I am going to use one presentation in particular to use for my workforce. The simplicity in which it is created provides a fundamental approach, hence this is affording anyone and everyone a clear concept of mindfulness and how to work with it. Thank you very much, I feel thoroughly educated.

    This course was amazing - full of useful materials. Because of coronavirus - I have to stay at home right now, so I have time to learn. It's worth to spend some time and finish this course.
