Robin Hills
Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Coach and Facilitator

Hi. I'm Robin Hills. It is my intention to offer the best and highest quality courses on emotional intelligence available on the internet. Teaching emotional intelligence skills is a challenge at the best of times so these courses require you to take some ACTION and put into practice what you have learnt.

Please note that all classes are continually refined and updated to ensure they remain current and relevant.

I am an emotional intelligence coach, trainer and facilitator with over 30 years' business and commercial experience. I am here to support and guide you.

My company is Ei4Change (Emotional Intelligence 4 Change) - recognised nationally and internationally as specialists with expertise in training, personal development and coaching focusing on emotional intelligence, positive psychology and neuroscience in the workplace.

My articles and papers on resilience have been published in international books and journals.

Over the last couple of years, I have delivered workshops at global emotional intelligence and neuroscience conferences. These have been held at Harvard University, at University of Manchester, in Cape Town and in Mumbai.

PLEASE NOTE - These courses are NOT for you if you are not prepared to work through the exercises that make up a fundamental part of the courses. Your emotional intelligence cannot be developed just by watching the video lectures. It requires you to do some reflective thinking, to get some feedback and to discuss your development with others. I'm afraid that you won't get the best from the courses unless you are prepared to do this.

I hope you enjoy working to develop your emotional intelligence and I look forward to working with you.

A shot in the arm to build awareness of and practise mindfulness

by Clare Edwards
I thought that this was an excellent short course and realised very quickly that I have a PhD in mindLESSness! Robin's style is clear, not hurried, thoughtful and well - mindful - he walks the talk. This course serves as an excellent foundation to understand what mindfulness is and isn't and to start to build a simple mindfulness practice both inside and outside of work - I highly recommend it. Clare Edwards

Simplistically Brilliant.

Such a fantastic course. Easy to access, provided in real grounded styles. I found this extremely thought provoking and I am going to use one presentation in particular to use for my workforce. The simplicity in which it is created provides a fundamental approach, hence this is affording anyone and everyone a clear concept of mindfulness and how to work with it. Thank you very much, I feel thoroughly educated.
